Founder of the Ghana Freedom Party, Madam Akua Donkor is advising Ghanaian wives to desist from 31st night festivities since it has the tendency to destroy their marriages.
Madam Akua explains that ladies wear short dresses to all sorts of places leaving their husbands to their own devices.
“They were short dresses, leave their husbands at home and go to so called 31st night and if they come and meet their husbands with another woman, it becomes a problem”, she told rawgist.com’s Dabre Abdul Rauf and advised women who are into the practice of leaving home for various religious and social 31st night gatherings to put an end to it.
Akua Donkor believes that “every woman who takes care of and respects the husband will be blessed without having to go for any special church activities because your husband is your God”.
She advised Ghanaians to take pains to plan ahead in the new year.
