Mr. Kwadwo Adu-Gyamfi takes home Hyundai i10
Mobile Money Agents -Sixty-three (63) year old Kwadwo Adu Gyamfi of KAYAD Company in Kumasi last Saturday won the ultimate prize for being the best MTN mobile money agent in the Northern Business District (NBD) consisting of Ashanti, Brong-Ahafo and the three regions up north namely, Upper-West, Upper East and the Northern Region.
Taking home a Hyundai i10 salon car, Mr Gyamfi now adds up to the motor bike he won last year at a similar event by the mobile giant, MTN-Ghana.
Speaking to the Ghanaian Observer Newspaper after picking up the keys to his car, an elated Mr Gyamfi expressed appreciation to MTN for being faithful to its agents and merchants.
Having won a motor bike last year, the ultimate prize winner said he was determined to work harder to win the grand prize this year.
‘’I am highly elated that MTN has rewarded me for the hard work I put in this year and having won a motor bike last year nothing would have been better than having this salon car to my custody’’, Mr Gyamfi with smiles posited.

In a chat with the runner up, George Padmore, a Brong-Ahafo resident said it was awesome taking home a motor bike as his prize.
The advent of mobile money business, he intimated had turned his fortunes around as the decision he took to do business with MTN has played out well.
He noted MOMO, as is popularly called now has made things easy for people and patronage keeps on soaring by the day.
According to an elated Padmore, having cash on one’s handset is safe and secure as it frees the person from the stress of having to carry huge money in bags for transactions or businesses elsewhere.

Addressing hundreds of agents and merchants who had gathered at the plush Golden Tulip pavilion in Kumasi, Eli Hini General Manager-MTN Mobile Financial Services underscored the importance of having a safe financial system in place in the country.
The mobile money service being provided by MTN, he noted has brought so much ease in terms of the handling of cash and funds for whatever purposes it is intended for.
Traders and businessmen, he indicated now feel more secure and safe to carry their funds on themselves to transact business wherever they want to.
He, however, cautioned MOMO agents as well as merchants against fraudulent schemes being deployed by some unscrupulous persons, adding on no account should they as merchants or agents ask customers to give out their pins or divulge same to any other.
‘’Momo has become a game changer when we talk about financial transactions since it is the safest and secure way of handling large as well as small volumes of cash for business and others where the use of funds is needed’’, Mr Hini stressed.
