Liverpool could be set to snap up long-time Ghanaian target Andre Ayew on a free transfer when his contract with Marseille expires in the summer.
The Ghanaian forward’s contract runs out at Ligue 1 giants Marseille at the end of the current season and his side are unable to afford a renewal.
He is set to remain at the club until the end of the current season, where he has made a blistering start to life under Marcelo Bielsa at OM, winning seven of nine matches.
Ayew has been lining up on the left-side of midfield for the French side, but is also well known for being a useful poacher in the box.
