Ghana Politics News-Vetting of aspirants for various Regional Executive positions within the NDC in Ashanti region started yesterday at the Regional Party office.
For the Chairmanship position as well as the other positions including Vice Chair, Zongo Caucus, Women’s Organizer and Deputy Women’s Organizer positions, we can say that the die is cast.
Two of the candidates for the Chairmanship position; Joseph Yammin and Augustus Andrews Nana Kwasi say tell Bernard Buachi of rawgist.com the vetting process was simple, free and fair.
Augustus Andrews Nana Kwasi picked the No. 1 position on the ballot sheet while Joseph Yammin picked the 4th position.
They have both committed to a clean campaign and vowed towards victory in election 2020.
Other candidates for the chairmanship position are Kwadwo Adu Gyamfi and T.K. Braimah.
Vetting continues today 2nd August, 2018 and is expected to end on the 3rd August, 2018.
