Parliamentary Candidate for Bantama on the ticket of the Peoples’ National Convention (PNC) has accused the incumbent NPP MP for the area of taking the people for granted due to the strength of his party in the area.
In an interview with rawgist.com, Mr. Cyril Spio Quansah explained that the MP is not doing much for the development of the area but rides on the strength of the NPP in the area to win votes.
He however says the people of the constituency are now determined to bring change to the area and will vote for him to represent them in Parliament during the next general elections.
Mr. Quansah who is yet to launch his campaign says he has been consulting and doing a lot of work behind the scenes and will emerge with the kind of force that will shock the NPP’s Candidate.
“Constituents of Bantama are sure to vote on issues during this elections”, he stated and explains that though incumbent MPLAYER Hon. Henry Kwabena Kokofu will not be contesting the seat in the forthcoming elections, the mindset seem to be the same with the current PC; Daniel Okyem Aboagye. “I will punish him for this entitlement mentality”.
