CCC sets up music training school

Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) has set up a music school christened iVinery School of Music to train people in the metropolis especially members from within and others from other denominations on how to play musical instruments.

Mr.Paa Kow Quansah, Music Head and Director of the CCC choir said this initiative is to give opportunity to those who could not learn music through the mainstream music schools.

P-Kay, as the Music Director is fondly called revealed that interested persons would also be taught how take music as profession or career.

He entreated music lovers especially the youth to seize the opportunity from now and learn.

VISION:

P-Kay stated that the iVinery School of music is to help transform people’s passion for music into reality through training.

He explained that music has scientific implication and would therefore love to train and if possible correct people with mental illness like autism through it.

“Music has scientific relations and that is why people with autism and others heed to music mostly than anything else” P-Kay posited.

The director mentioned that the trainees would learn instruments like violin, xylophone, saxophone, flute, clarinet, piano and African drums.

He further added that a recognized certificate would be awarded at the end of the training.

HEAD PASTOR:

Rev Ransford Obeng, General Overseer of CCC told GO reporters that as the school progresses music lecturers would be brought in to train people.

He urged parents to encourage their wards to partake in this activity since it can help them to get the privilege of working with the police or military band.

‘’My prayer for those who will enroll in this school is that their certificates will facilitate employment opportunities for them”, Rev Obeng stressed.
