Christians have been advised to hold themselves out as heavenly stewards on earth.
Pastor Odame Kumi, a ministerial secretary of the Mid-North Ghana conference of the Seventh Day Adventists Church told believers in Techiman that as stewards, they must ensure prudent management of their time, bodies and households.
He was speaking to end a week programme on Stewardship at the Amo Memorial SDA Church (AMSDA).
Pastor Odame Kumi emphasised the need for christians in Africa to respect times, and meet schedules. He also urged that Christians to adhere to good medical practices that can help promote longevity.
He cited how the biblical Job ; a very wealthy man managed to protect and plead for the sins of his entire family before he was tested by God.
He believes these tenets of stewardship when strictly practiced will incur the blessings of God.
