Traditional Medicine Practitioner and CEO of Deep-Trust Natural Health Clinic at Fumesua in the Ashanti region is asking Ghanaians to stop looking outside for a cure to COVID-19 and rather fall on indigenous traditional medicine.
Mr. Bernard Buachi insists though the pandemic is highly dreaded, Africa has what it takes to obtain a cure.
“Let us all remember the days when grandma would boil some herbs and we had to drink every morning whether or not we were sick”, he said and encouraged families to make good use of the vast herbal resources available during this period of pandemic.
He also called on all folks with herbal knowledge to collaborate and research towards finding a solution to COVID-19.
“The Coronavirus pandemic has revealed a lot about the world and for Africa, I believe this is an opportunity to make our mark on the world with indigenous medicine” he said and appealed to the institutions that regulate and test alternative medicines to reduce costs and reduce bureaucracy during this period to encourage innovation.
He encouraged folks with various conditions and wanted herbal medical solutions to make appointments and receive online consultations and counseling.
