Dacosta Aboagye Presents Ten (10) Motorbikes To Ashanti NPP Youth Wing.
Dr Dacosta Aboagye, a staunch member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Friday presented Ten (10) brand new motorbikes to the Ashanti regional youth wing of the party.
The gesture, according to Dr Dacosta was to enable the youth wing play its role in the campaign ahead of the upcoming general elections in December.
He noted that he received an earlier request from the Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser of the party who asked for resources to undertake the wing’s mandate.
“I received a call from my brother Raphael Sarfo Patrick, the Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser that the wing needs some resources to undertake campaign activities and so this morning by God’s grace i am presenting these Ten (10) motorbikes to the wing to aid it in its work and operations.
Commitment:
Dr Dacosta also expressed his commitment to doing what he can to assist other wings and structures of the party.
This, he noted would help the party to be in good stead to prosecute a potent campaign ahead of the December 7 general elections.
Dr Dacosta Aboagye, a former MP aspirant for Kumawu NPP and current acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has in similar fashion provided assistance to the Kumawu NPP branch and also to the NPP-UK branch where he served previously in several capacities.
“My commitment to the NPP is solid and my prayer is that together we can resource the party to the fullest so we can deliver a solid victory for Dr Mahamodu Bawumia, our flag-bearer as well as the party’s parliamentary candidates across Ghana 🇬🇭 on December 7”, Dr Dacosta stated.
Appreciation:
Mr Raphael Sarfo Patrick, the Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser for the NPP receiving the motorbikes on behalf of the wing, thanked Dr Dacosta Aboagye for the gesture.
He noted that it was heartwarming to see one person donate as much as Ten (10) motorbikes to the youth wing.
He therefore called on other government appointees to emulate the gesture by the Acting NHIA CEO so that the party’s wings could be resourced to carry out their respective mandates.
“We can win the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections convincingly if the wings and other structures of the party are resourced to perform their mandates and i pray that with this gesture by Dr Dacosta others would take a cue from same and come on board to support us”, Mr Sarfo Patrick appealed.
