President John Dramani Mahama has revealed that he will not use the alleged ill-health of NPP’s Nana Addo as an advantage in his election campaign.
In an interaction in Metro TV’s Paul Adom Otchere, the president argues that his he has a sound campaign message for Ghanaians and that will not use the health status of any political candidate to win the general elections.
The comments by the president follow a publication by the Africa Watch magazine that Nana Akufo-Addo is suffering from terminal cancer.
Africa Watch Magazine further called for the opposition party to withdraw Nana Addo so as not to suffer any setback with regards the death of former president, John Evans Atta Mills. The report has however been dismissed by the doctor of Akufo-Addo who has said his patient suffers no cancer.
