The second in command at the Accra Motor Traffic and Transport department of the Ghana Police Service DSP Bismark Addae is dead. 
He reportedly died in his sleep .Family members found him this morning dead in his bed.
The death has sent shockwaves throughout the MTTD where he worked for many years and rose through the ranks to become the 2-IC.
Senior police officers this morning rushed to the late DSP Addae’s residence to console his family.
