Ghana Religion News-Pastor Joshua Obeng, an associate Pastor at Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) has urged Christians to be alert of the times of visitation by the Lord so that they do not miss those glorious moments.
Such moments termed in the Greek language as ‘Kairos’, the youthful Pastor noted comes mostly once in a life-time.
Speaking at the Church’s main auditorium recently, PJ, as the servant of God is fondly referred to as, said that those who have such glorious or life changing moments at a recurring rate are few.
According to the man of God, those who are alert to God’s visitation do exploits in life since they are able to take advantage of such stupendous moments to turn their stories or lives around.
‘’It is crucial that as Christians we realize that there are visitations from God to his servants and these moments are life changing and those who are able to take advantage of them do exploits in life’’, Pastor PJ passionately stressed.

Playing back the video of the famous World Cup football match between Ghana and Uruguay where the captain of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan blew away an opportunity to send Ghana into the semi-finals of the tournament held in South Africa, Pastor Obeng disclosed that was Ghana’s ‘kairos’ moment to have its name etched in the history books of the World Cup forever.
He noted but for the miss, Ghana would have become the first African Country to attain that feat by qualifying into the Semi-Finals of the world cup.
Similarly, the CCC man opined Ghana would have been in the reckoning of a medal at the world stage of football if it had qualified for semi finals.
Explaining further, Pastor PJ noted such opportunities that came the way of Ghana and to Asamoah Gyan may take a long time to happen to both again.
‘’In life it is always good to take advantage of such glorious moments as happened to Asamoah Gyan and Ghana because it may take a long time for the country to see same again and as for Asamoah Gyan he is almost at the twilight of his career and may not get such opportunity again in a world cup’’, Pastor Obeng noted.
ADMONITION:
The servant of God advised members of the Christian faith to be conscious of God’s visitation and prepare for same.
He stressed that once a Christian goes to his or her knees to offer prayer or supplication to God that person must know God will answer and therefore needs to prepare to take advantage of the answer God will bring.
He rallied the church to know the ways of the God they serve, adding that God rewards those who diligently seek him.
‘’It is important that as Christians we know the God we serve so that we wait on him patiently because he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him’’, Pastor PJ posited.
