Elders And Members of CCC Donate Items To Juaben Hospital, Preaches Christ In Communities.

The Elders and Pastors as well as members of Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) on Saturday visited the Juaben Municipality to speak to residents about Christ Jesus.

The church also visited the Juaben Government Hospital 🏥 to donate some items such as detergents, toiletries, water and hand sanitizers to the administrators.

The two exercises form part of the church’s outreach evangelism programme which is held in October every year.

Code named the “October Commission”, CCC uses the whole month of October to visit a town in Ashanti where members and Pastors of the church tour to minister to the needs of residents as well as patients and prisoners.

Details:
Presenting the items to the nurse on duty at the Hospital 🏥, Reverend Joshua Obeng, Resident Pastor at CCC said the church recognises the critical role health practitioners play at the hospital.

CCC, he stated, therefore decided to donate some consumables so that the practitioners could get them to attend to the needs of patients.

Reverend Obeng said the gesture by CCC was rooted in the word of God where it commands the church and Christians to visit the needy at the hospital and to minister the gospel to those in prisons and those who may have not accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

“We are Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) and our aim and mandate as a church is to fulfill the great Commission as given by Christ Jesus to the church and this month the Juaben Municipality is the town we are visiting to campaign for Christ Jesus ⛪”, Rev Obeng stressed.

Appreciation:
Receiving the items, Naomi Akomah Amofa, Senior Staff Nurse at the Juaben Government Hospital expressed appreciation to CCC Pastors and the members for the assistance.

She noted that the items presented were timely and needed at the hospital.

She however appealed to the church as well as other private organisations and individuals to help expand the maternity block at the hospital.

“We are grateful for the gesture by CCC and we pray that other churches as well private and state institutions take a cue from this and assist us with such items and also help us to expand our maternity ward so we can attend to the increasing numbers that come here”, the Nursing Officer appealed.
