Friends Of Napo Celebrates Lawmaker With Presentations Of Teaching Aids To Schools.
Friends and Constituency Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Manhyia South Constituency have celebrated the Member of Parliament (MP) of the area, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh who clocked 56 years on Thursday.
Using what is the heartbeat of the Manhyia South legislator, the team presented about 7, 000 exercise books and learning aids to 15 Schools in the constituency.
Additionally the team shared confectionery as well as cakes to the pupils and students at the schools that were visited.
Speaking to the media, Nana Ama Timah Boakye, Deputy Chief Executive at the Petroleum Hub Corporation extolled the virtues of the NPP MP.

Nana Timah Boakye said the team chose to present books and the learning aids to the schools because education is the heartbeat of Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh.
Having been born and bred in Ashanti New Town, Nana Timah disclosed that Dr Napo’s wish is that all pupils and students in the constituency attain the best form of education.
By this, the MP believes the students could grow to become useful citizens in future.
“My MP who doubles as the Minister of Energy believes that education is the best pivot on which human development revolves and so has been committed to the welfare and wellbeing of his constituents and on the 56th anniversary of his birth we decided to make him proud and honour him with these presentations to the selected 15 schools in the Manhyia South Constituency”, Nana Timah stated.

Madam Michelle Acquaye, Headmistress at the St Louis Basic School commended the team for the presentation to the students.
She said it was heartwarming to learn that their MP was celebrating 56 years.
According to her, Dr Napo has been showing her outfit profuse kindness and periodically comes there to check on them.
“Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh is Godsent and for us and many other schools in this constituency we consider ourselves blessed to have him as MP and Minister. Dr. Napo is a man who visits us and learns of our challenges and comes back to retool us with laptop computers, stationery, school desks and many other teaching aids and so we ask God’s favour for him all his days”, the Headmistress eulogized.
