The Executive Pastor at Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) and head of the Atasemanso branch of the church, Reverend Samuel Aduama says God uses situations Christians go through for his glory.
According to the servant of the Lord, some of the situations could be so painful to the core.
However, he noted God turns same to glorify himself and the person involved.
Speaking recently at the church’s main branch in Ayigya on the topic ‘From pain to Glory’, Rev Aduama recalled how almost all believers in the Bible had to go through pain or an uncomfortable situation before breaking through eventually.
”Whoever said when you become a Christian all will be rosy was lying but what i know for sure is that in all the pain we would go through God will use it to glorify himself and us”, Rev Aduama posited.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
Using his life as an example, the CCC Pastor said he had to go through uncomfortable situations to get to where God has placed him now.
These situations, he noted also included disciplining his body and lifestyle to become ready for use by God.
He noted that at a point as a science student in Senior High School he had to do a different course at the university just to make himself ready to respond to the call of God on his life.
Reverend Aduama said looking back at all that has happened in his life the pain he went through has helped to shape him up for the work he effortlessly carries out daily as an administrator.
”Despite the difficulties we go through when we are tested we are sure to come out of the school of God fully baked to confront and surmount all the challenges we will face in life”.
VICTORY:
The CCC preacher announced that victory awaits those who patiently go through their testing periods.
According to him, it is not comfortable going through pain.
He however posited that the pains believers go through, polishes them and eventually fine tunes them to respond to the challenges of life.
Rev Aduama therefore rallied the congregation to be patient and prayerful when challenging times appear or when they are faced with difficult situations in life.
