A political Science lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST Dr. Edward Brenya is calling on government to take a bold step in in demolishing structures at unapproved areas to ensure the greater good of the society if residents are given prior notice to relocate.
Addressing the Old Fadama demolishing exercise which has caused controversy among the residents in at the area, Dr. Brenya in an interview on Focus Morning show noted that government should always take bold step in demolishing all structures situated at unapproved areas.
He however stated that residents should be given prior notice before the demolishing exercise and added that government should ensure they are relocated to a comfortable place.
