Guinea national team head coach Michel Dussuyer has handed late calls to a local trio to fill the voids created by to three senior players who have been ruled out of Saturday’s clash against Ghana in Casablanca due to injury, footy-Ghana.com has gathered.
After confirming the unavailability of English side Sheffield Wednesday defender Kamil Zayatte and Turkey-based duo Guy-Michel Landel and Kévin Constant, head coach of the Syli Nationale has opted to fall on local sides AS Kaloum Stars and Horoya AC to strengthen his squad for the double header against the Black Stars
Babacar Camara and Oumar Tourade Bangoura – both players of local giants Kaloum Stars who are at a pre-season camp in neighbouring Tunisia as well as Horoya AC’s young midfielder Abdoulaye Camara have been handed emergency calls to join the national camp at their Wellness and Sport Center training base in Casablanca.
Guinea hosts Ghana in the third qualifying Group E fixture to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations this Saturday at the Stade Mohamed V at 7pm.
The match will be handled by Libyan quartet – RAGAB OMAR Mohamed as the centre referee, assistants; FARAJ MOHAMED Fathi and AMSAAD Attia and fourth referee, TAMUNI SALAH Wahid. Guinea-Bissau’s Antonio MENDES will act as the Match Commissioner.
