Bernard Kyei Danquah, a youth organizer hopeful for the New Patriotic Party in the Manhyia-North Constituency has called on the party to harness the potentials of its youth.
This, he noted will enable the youth to explore their talents and help to sustain the party’s electoral fortune.
According to him, the NPP has a great appeal within the youth across the country and urged leadership to consciously create avenues for its youth.
Speaking to the Ghanaian Observer Newspaper in Kumasi, Mr Danquah expressed the desire to encourage the youthful elements in the party to put talents they possess to use when he is elected in the upcoming internal party polls in the constituency.
VISION:
Outlining his vision to this reporter, ‘Cobby’, as the vibrant youth organizer hopeful is referred to by friends indicated his desire to promote policies that will help the youth to realize their full potentials.
He promised to use the office of the constituency youth organizer to help promote education amongst residents within the Manhyia-North area.
Mr Danquah also stressed his determination to use his office when elected to widen access of the youth to quality education.
The calm NPP man, furthermore, pledged his readiness to vigorously pursue an agenda where the youth of the party will be cultivated and motivated to work at all times.
CHARGE:
Mr Danquah, a district manager for the National Trust Holding Company (NTHC) Commodities Limited charged youthful elements within the party to put premium on themselves while they have the chance.
This, he noted will help get them opportunities when avenues for employment or jobs are opened up.
He stressed the need for the youth to take to education as a means of adding value to their lives so as to take up opportunities that are bound to come up due to the job creation policies the NPP government is currently implementing.
The youth, he noted will only be taken serious by the party when they can show forth special skill or intelligence in the fields they operate.
