“I have petitioned INTERPOL on BOST MD’s financial dealings”-Angry citizen

bostA concerned citizen with ties to the Bulk Oil Storage and Transport Company, BOST,  has told rawgist.com  he has petitioned INTERPOL on the financial activities of the Managing Director of the company.

He reveals BOST is so rife with top level mismanagement and corruption that is milking the country of its much needed revenue.

rawgist.com is privy to documents covering some expenditure that it considers mind-boggling.

“Why has BOST turned into a trading company instead of its mandate of keeping national strategic stocks? BOST is not even supposed to be trading in the first place. It is not their mandate traditionally. It is a logistics company resourced by the country to ensure constant and adequate supply of strategic stock of petroleum products for the nation,” he states.

BOSTThe petitioner also reveals he is set to initiate a series of petitions to as many local and international anti-corruption bodies as it will take to bring sanity into Ghana’s only oil storage company.

rawgist.com has communicated with INTERPOL to substantiate the said petition.

INTERPOL is the world’s largest international police organization, with 190 member countries which enables police around the world to work together to make the world a safer place through the use of high-tech infrastructure of technical and operational support.

Currently, Mr. Awuah-Darko is MD for both BOST and Tema Oil refinery; a situation which has been harshly criticized in several quarters.
