Management Committee Member of the Ghana Black Stars Moses Armah Parker has said that AC Milan midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari can defeat the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Mr. Kwesi Nyantekyi in a fight but certainly not him.
Testifying before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Brazil 2014 World Cup, Mr. Armah said, “I know he (Sulley) can beat Nyantekyi and co but for me he can’t. I decided to disciplined him,” he said. There was a physical confrontation between the midfielder (Sulley Muntari) and the management committee member (Moses Parker) in a meeting at the Palace Hotel in Brazil about fourteen hours before Ghana played it third match against Portugal.
However, Moses Armah could not hide his personal affection for the player. “My lord, I really like Sulley a lot because he’s one player who can do something from nothing in the course of a game and I also admire his shot at goal,” he noted.
“I wish Sulley would be called to come and testify why he exhibited such character because I think something might have triggered it,” he added.
