Ghana international Jordan Ayew came off the bench to score the winner for Leicester City in their comeback win over Southampton on Saturday, October 19.
Ayew struck in the 98th minute of the game to ensure that the Foxes grabbed their second league win of the campaign after the 2-3 win.
The Saints enjoyed a great start to the game as they scored twice in the opening 28 minutes of the encounter.
Cameron Archer scored the first after just eight minutes played before Nigerian midfielder Joe Aribo scored to double the lead 20 minutes later going into the break as the superior side.
However, it was all downhill for Southampton after recess.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, five minutes after his introduction, set up Facundo Buonanotte as the Foxes reduced the deficit.
The Ghanaian raced to the byline with the ball before his cross was tucked home by the Argentine to make it 2-1.
Ayew was then brought on in the 69th minute replacing Bilal El Khannouss.
Leicester were awarded a penalty in the 73rd minute which was converted by Jamie Vardy to level the score.
While the game seemed to be heading for a 2-2 draw, Ayew turned up big to snatch a late win for the away side.
The Ghanaian forward was fed by Harry Winks and made the pass count by netting the winner of the game with Leicester claiming a 2-3 win.
The goal was Ayew’s first for the Foxes in the Premier League and his second for them all season since his arrival from Crystal Palace.
