Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso in Kumasi has proposed regular breakfast meetings between the President and the country’s former presidents.
This he believes will help solve the country’s energy problem as well as several other problems confronting Ghana.
Dr. Richard Anane who was speaking to the media after the President’s state of the nation address Thursday said the power problem should have been long solved if the
country’s living former presidents had been actively brought on board.
Many have accused the main opposition of not doing any better than shouting from rooftops without proferring any solutions to the country’s sickening energy situation.
Dr. Richard Anane however believes the New Patriotic Party will come forward if the President involved them actively.
