Mojo Gym begins oldies fitness programmes

female-trainingFitness trainer Godson Lamptey has announced a new regime of fitness programmes for aged.

Godson Lamptey, popularly known as Mojo is CEO of the Mojo Health and Fitness Centre in Kumasi- a company comprising five gyms in and near the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science aGodson-lampteynd Technology.

He tells rawgist.com his Fitness Centre has decided to commence a fitness programme specially tailored for the old. He believes the content of the programme will help address the numerous health concerns of the aged and help them live longer and healthier lives.

Mr. Lamptey explains that exercises for the aged require a certain kind of expertise in order not to aggravate their fragile health
conditions. He calls on the aged who want to participate to walk into any Mojo Fitness Centre and register. He also wants churches, mosques and other groupings to send written invitations for special sessions for their members.

“A healthy mind lives in a healthy body and it does not matter how young or old that body is, exercise can do wonders”, he said.

He explains how Ghanaians can use exercise as medicine and urged Ghanaians to make exercising an integral part of their lives.

He tells rawgist.com, that already, his team has been moving all over Kumasi doing aerobics training sessions for churches, fun clubs, companies and various organizations.
