In line with his campaign to light up Ledzokuku constituency, MP for the area, Ben Ayiku has donated a number of LED street lights to Teshie Technical Training Centre.
Upon receiving the items in the company of some teaching and non- teaching staffs, the principal of the prestigious technical centre expressed his heartfelt appreciation describing the gesture as a timely and welcome relief.
The MP seized the opportunity to reaffirm his commitment to implementing a series of planned initiatives which have already began in earnest with the aim of creating varied job opportunities for graduate students and other trainees within the technical and vocational space.
The center started operating in 2012 with only two hundred students but currently has a student population of over two thousand who are taking practical lessons in departments such as; Building and Construction, Hospitality and Home Management, Accounting, Information Technology among others.
