Mrs Jemima Kotei Walsh, the Customer Relations Executive of MTN Ghana has been adjudged Customer Relations Executive of the year at the Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards.
The award is in recognition of her contribution to Client Relations Excellence in Ghana. The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards is presented to women in Ghana who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in various forms of endeavors across both the public and private sectors.
Receiving the award, Mrs Jemima Kotei Walsh expressed her gratitude to the organisers for the recognition and dedicated the award to all MTN Customers and to the MTN Ghana team.
Commenting on the award the CEO of MTN Ghana, Mr Selorm Adadevoh, congratulated Mrs Walsh for achieving such great heights. He said, “Customer Service is one of our distinct differentiators in the market and we are excited that our Customer Relations Executive has been recognised for her excellence in the field of customer service. Her recognition also attests to our investment and commitment to providing a distinct customer experience.
Under the leadership of Mrs Jemima Kotei Walsh, MTN Ghana has received several Customer Experience and Service Excellence awards. Some of the awards include the Customer Experience Company of the year and Customer Service Team of the Year at the GITTA Awards for five and three consecutive years respectively. In 2018, Mrs. Jemima Kotei Walsh, was recognized as the Customer Service Personality of the year, for her Outstanding Contribution to Customer Service in Ghana.
