Telecommunications giant, MTN-Ghana last Saturday night held the Ashanti Regional version of its Customers Loyalty Awards ceremony at the plush golden Bean Hotel in Kumasi.
The elaborate event was used to acknowledge and reward customers who have remained loyal to the telecom brand for the past twenty years.
Other customers who have also demonstrated good faith and rendered good services to the company were also honoured at the lavish ceremony.
Welcoming customers and staff of MTN across the region and the country, Mr James Bukari Basintale, General Manager- MTN-Northern Business District said the company was delighted to host their partners to a night of feast and honour.
According to him, such occasions afforded the company the opportunity to show appreciation to its customers and partners.
He noted as a company, MTN-Ghana believes in rewarding customers who have remained loyal and still continue to stand by the brand through the seasons.
Jemima Kotei Walsh, Customer Service Executive of MTN-Ghana in a chat with the Ghanaian Observer Newspaper noted the commitment of the company to institutionalising this award ceremony.
She stressed this would help to strengthen the bond between the company and its customers across the country.
She commended its partners for their continued show of faith and confidence in the MTN brand and promised them reliable service.
She, however, called on customers to take advantage of the recently launcehd 4G technology to conduct business.
This, she noted would tremendously improve the time and rate at which customers conduct and finish their businesses since the newest platform provides the fastest pace in I.T. solutions.
