Ghana’s leading telco; MTN Saturday rewarded its loyal customers at a grand event held at the plush Golden Bean hotel in Kumasi.
Over 50 high end customers were given various awards in a gesture to signify MTN’s appreciation for their loyalty.
Customer Care Executive at MTN; Ms. Kotei Walsh tells rawgist.com some of the customers have remained with the network for the entire 20 years of its existence in Ghana; a feat that MTN considers highly commendable.
She explains that customer demands keep evolving and MTN continues to adapt products and service to suit the ever changing demands of clients.
She revealed that MTN’s Mobile Money service tops the list of products in high demand among high value clients. Other well patronized products include Data Services, Vehicle and Asset tracking devices among others.
