Kumasi-based Radio personality; Nana Kwadwo Jantuah was over the weekend honored by the United Clergy International Association (UCIA) as UCIA 2021 outstanding Journalist and Media Personnel.
He was part of 13 awardees and one institution carefully selected from various sectors of industry based on their contribution to national development.
A letter notifying him of his nomination ahead of the ceremony stated;”By His Grace, through the report of our team, your personal data shows that you are a man of honor, distinguished in every respect and contributing to the growth of your profession, God’s work and service to humanity. With this, you have been nominated to receive the honor UCIA 2021 OUTSTANDING JOURNALIST AND MEDIA PERSONNEL AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE during the UCIA 15th Ever Global Achievers leadership Awards, Dinner and Fundraising Night…”
The colourful event, held at the Golden Tulip Kumasi City saw many high profiled personalities and captains of industry in the Ashanti region converge to receive various awards or honour their colleagues who were being awarded.
Nana Kwadwo Jantuah, a renowned journalist is currently the morning show host for Nhyira FM and General manager for Focus FM-KNUST. He has trained many other broadcasters and impacted national discourse through his unbiased approach to journalism.
