The National Executive for the ruling National Democratic Congress ( NDC) is expected to brief the media on its controversial $20 million newly acquired ultra-modern party headquarters.
“At the right time, Ghanaians will know the real cost and financiers of the decorated and beautiful edifice”.
Deputy Minister of Women and Children’s Affairs, Hon. Alexander John Ackon on UTV’s “Adekye Nsroma” Morning Show hinted “the party at the right time will clear all suspicions ”
The NDC communicator wonders why peoole think the party cannot afford to build such edifice to house it administration.
“We have enough registered members who pay dues to the party…that we can use to build it…NPP/NDC all can afford”, he said.
The party has come under severe criticism especially from the leading members of the opposition NPP demanding accountability at this time the country is in financial crises seeking bailout from the IMF.
