Addressing hundreds of supporters at Asante-Akyem Agogo during the recent tour of the party’s flag-bearer to the Ashanti Region, the MP disclosed the NPP will also sweep majority of the parliamentary seats which will be up for contest in the December polls.
Drawing deafening cheers from the crowd before introducing the party’s flag-bearer, Hon Amankwah posited the NPP had in place plans and policy to make the country work again.

LEADERSHIP:
Pointing to Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo, the party’s flag-bearer who was seated on the platform, Hon Amankwah stressed Ghanaians had a man they can trust with their votes.
He posited the NPP will not fail in its policies and promises since it had a candidate they could trust.
According to him, the party’s flag-bearer from his early life and later as a political activist had proven he had the mettle to excel as a good leader.
‘’Check the background of our flag-bearer and you will see that he is a man of his word and could be trusted’’, Hon Amankwah lauded.
He said, ‘it is better to put your trust in Nana Addo than to place your ballot in a person who has shown that he is incompetent and bereft of ideas’’.
PROMISE:
Hon Amankwah who was recently retained as the NPP parliamentary candidate for the Manhyia-North, promised to deliver another victory for the party in December, 2016.

The MP hinted of the involvement of the losing aspirants in the recent parliamentary primary in the constituency.
He stressed party unity was paramount even as the NPP moves forward to secure victory, adding supporters of losing aspirants should be made part of the door to door campaign the party has launched.
NHIS:
Mr Amankwah urged the crowd to take heart since the NPP and its flag-bearer, Nana Akuffo-Addo had put in place mechanisms to resuscitate the failing National Health Insurance Scheme.
According to him, the NPP possessed the wisdom and skill to put the scheme that was introduced by former President Kufuor back to work.
Rather than supporting the vulnerable and the needy in the society, the MP noted people who visited the hospital nowadays with the NHIS cards had to still pay to enable them to access the right care.
This, he observed should never be the case since everything needed to improve upon the scheme had been put in place by the NPP.
