The Odikro of Bibiani-Hwenampori ,a farming Community in the Sefwi Anhwiaso traditional area ,Nana Ebiri Kwaku lll has said nobody has any right to perform any pacification of the river goddess ( Asuo Deefoɔ) in the Sefwi Anhwiaso traditional area apart from the Sumankwahene of the traditional area, Nana Anyimah Gyedu ll who oversees all deities and pacifies them in case of any looming calamity .
According to Hwenampori Odikro several attempts by the Anhwiaso traditional council to meet Nana Ngoah Kudom , Kwesi Ampomaning and Obaa Yaa Fowaa who are peddling falsehood about Sefwi Anhwiaso have proved futile.
He added that upon hearing that Obaa Yaa Fowaa had gone to perform rituals in the river goddess ( Asuo Deefoɔ ) with some inscriptions written ( Aduana Adjeiwaa Royal ) they informed Ogyeahoho and his elders and quickly delegates led by the Sumankwahene Nana Anyimah Gyedu ll went to slaughter sheep and poured libation to reverse whatever might befall the paramountcy as a result of a third party; Obaa Yaa Fowaa’s activities knowing well that women are not supposed to go there.
However, Nana Kyem Kofi Ankoanah ll; Abusuapanin of Sefwi Anhwiaso traditional area confirmed the misconduct of Obaa Yaa Fowaa and her allies against the paramountcy and also agreed he instructed the Sumankwahene upon the powers vested in him to go and destroy everything planted at the river.
Nana Anyimah Gyedu ll , Sumankwahene of Sefwi Anhwiaso traditional area also said he was not aware of whatever ritual Obaa Yaa Fowaa had gone to perform at Asuo Deefoɔ so he went to the river in his capacity as the chief priest of the goddess in Sefwi Anhwiaso and dismantled everything planted there by Obaa Yaa Fowaa .
He assured residents in the area of peace and safety .
