“Jubilation in Islam has a limit ; Do not trample over others freedom as we celebrate Eid ul Fitr tomorrow” – Deputy Chief Imam warns .
The Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal deputy chief Imam, Sulemana Iddrisu Bamba has said jubilation in Islam has a limit therefore the need for all Moslem Youth especially those in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality to be moderate in celebrating the Eid ul fitr tomorrow.
Speaking to Awuku Addo Okyeame radio Bibiani after receiving hundred and ten bags (110) of rice and forty boxes of oil (40) from the municipal assembly as ahead of the Eid ul fitr tomorrow, the deputy chief Imam said they will be meeting at the Central mosque to mark the celebration. He encouraged all who would participate to take cognisance of the COVID-19 prevention protocols.
Imam Iddrisu Sulemana Bamba further on behalf of the chief of Bibiani Zongo , Ahaji Sulemana Mina Sara expressed his profound gratitude to the Prez.Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo , MCE , Alfred Amoah, and the MP , Hon Alfred Obeng Boateng for their kind gesture.
He also thanked the President of the National House of Chiefs and President of the Sefwi Anhwiaso traditional council who has always been kind to them as moslems.
Presenting the items to the Moslem Community through the deputy chief Imam Sulemana Iddrisu Bamba , Hon Alfred Amoah, MCE, said the donation was part of the President’s yearly and encouraged them to pray for the President, his Vice and the nation.
He also advised the Youth to desist from jubilation that could endanger their lives and that of others and reminded them of the reality of the COVID-19 pandemic.
