District Chief Executive for Techiman North District; Adom Kwabena Johnson has been giving assurances of peace and unity at Tuobodom following a shooting incident there recently which has left residents in fear.
Residents fear the shooting will reignite a longstanding chieftaincy dispute that continues to trouble the area.
The MCE however assures that the disputes will be resolved soon. He says the Bono East Regional Security Council as well as the Assembly he heads is fully engaged to ensure lasting peace.
The DCE was speaking during a visit to the Techiman Traditional Council to introduce himself to the Chiefs and people of the area.
