The Presiding Judge of the Techiman Circuit Court, His Honor Daniel Kwaku Obeng has remanded four suspected kidnappers into prison custody for allegedly kidnapping eleven year-old Adwoa Christiana at Aworowa, a suburb of Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region purportedly for rituals.
The accused persons are 31 year-old Salifu Ziblim popularly known as Satanga, a spiritualist, Victor Owusu; a 34-year-old herbalist, Fuseini Sule,-a 29 year-old spiritualist and 28 year-old taxi driver Brako Frederick.
The court did not take the plea of the accused persons following the lack of a Dagbani Interpreter to explain proceedings to Fuseini Sule and Salifu Ziblim who told the court they could only understand and speak Dagbani dialect in court.
The case has been adjourned to 8th December for further hearing.
