“NOISE CAN KILL” – The World Health Organization and the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre.
NOISE POLLUTION: “A SILENT KILLER” – The Ghana Environmental Protection Agency.
“NOISE CAN POSE A SERIOUS THREAT TO A CHILD’S PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH, INCLUDING LEARNING AND BEHAVIOR” – United States Environmental Protection Agency.
I guess you could call killing someone as causing them harm. I guess you could call damaging a child’s physical and psychological health as causing them harm. If this be the case how is it that extremely few authorities and others in Ghana do their best to stop the “Silent Killer”?
It seems to me that there are severe penalties for those who do not attempt to stop the harm. It seems to me that there are many laws in Ghana to address Noise Pollution. It seems to me that Churches, Information Centres, bars and merchants may be killing Ghanaians and seriously threatening the physical and psychological health of children.
