Sales and Distribution Executive for MTN; Eric Nsarkoh has discouraged parents from imposing their visions on their children.
Mr. Nsarkoh who was addressing Senior High School Students at this year’s Spring Roadshow in Kumasi told rawgist.com the show targeted senior High School Students because they are at a point in their lives where they have a lot of decisions to make. “The Springboard Roadshow is to give them the information they need to make those decisions and also guide them”.
He explained that the students at this stage in life are vulnerable hence the need for parents to draw them closer and 
engage their minds. “We the parents have to find a way of connecting with their environment. We have to understand the dynamics because it is a balance which must be got right”, he stressed.
Students drawn from various senior High Schools in the Ashanti region were present and had the opportunity to ask education and career-related questions.
The theme for this year’s Springboard is Agenda 2027.
