The University of Professional studies Accra (UPSA) is to embark on several development projects aimed at providing students with an enhanced learning environment.
The Vice Chancellor of UPSA Professor Joshua Alabi who disclosed this during the matriculation ceremony of the University at the weekend said the project includes the construction of a four thousand capacity auditorium as well as the completion of an academic wing complex, and a library and reading room complex.
Some three thousand, two hundred and sixty seven students were admitted into the school for the 2014/2015 academic year comprising of 2,215 females and 2,250 males.
Professor Joshua Alabi, advised the new students to take the opportunity given them to learn at the university to improve themselves academically.
