MTN, Ghana’s leading telecommunications provider, is once again celebrating Ashantifest, it’s a month-long festival, celebrated with the people of Asanteman from 30th September -31st October 2017. This annual regional festival was created by MTN to bring the brand closer to Asanteman, appreciate the loyalty of its cherished subscribers in the region and thank them for contributing to the success story of MTN. Since the inception of the festival, various life enriching activations including the provision of Corporate Social Investment projects, sports and entertainment have been brought to the doorstep of several communities in the region. Ashantifest 2017 will involve several days of targeted events, activations and consumer engagements.

- MTN will also organize entertainment activities including MTN Pulse Invasion for the youth as well as Movie Mania.

It is held in appreciation of the continuous support of the region to the growth of the MTN. Other MTN initiated regional festivals include: Koftownfest (Eastern Region) Suncity fest (Brong Ahafo Region), Twin City fest (Western Region) and Savanna fest (for the three Northern Regions).
