Yammin finally declares intention to contest national organizer position of the NDC.
Joseph Yammin looks forward to becoming NDC National Organizer
A former Ashanti Regional Secretary of the NDC and former Deputy minister for Ashanti region Mr. Joseph Yammin on Monday confirmed that he will contest the National Organizer position of the NDC when nominations are announced.
He made the revelation on pampaso; an afternoon talk program on Radio Gold which streams live on loudsilence TV on multi TV.
During the one-on-one interview with host Ransford Boakye, Mr. Yammin revealed that he has served the party as a Parliamentary candidate, Ashanti Regional Secretary, Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports, Deputy Ashanti Regional Minister amongst others with his attempt to become Regional Chairman not being successful.
“If my party officially announces for picking of nomination, I will surely be filing for the national organizer position in the party” he said and added “I think the time has come for me to lead the organizational department of the party. You can call me a utility player because I can easily fill the vacancy if the national chairman is out on official duties same as the general secretary as well as the communications officer having been one of the longest serving communicators of the party and I have what it takes to be the organizer and so I best fit the position and when given the nod I can ensure victory for the party”.
Meanwhile, Mr. Yammin over the weekend bagged another Masters Degree in Defence and International Diplomacy; knowledge which he promises to place at the disposal of the party.
