YFM’s Kwame Scientific has revealed to rawgist.com he will be marking his forthcoming birthday with donations of text books, novels, notebooks and other stationery to enhance reading and academic work.
This to him is a way of giving back to society.
The Kumasi based radio broadcaster celebrates his birth on February 22, 2016.
Isaac Kwame Poku as he is known outside showbiz, is a writer, motivational speaker and radio DJ seeking to touch the lives of young people across the continent.
“I am what I am today because of the books I’ve read”, he tells rawgist.com’s Bernard Buachi and expressed gratitude to YFM Kumasi for supporting him.
He is also calling on individuals and organizations who would want to help to donate books and stationery at the front desk of YFM-Kumasi or call 054 8 62 24 55. Volunteers can also call and express their desire to help organize the donations on the d-day.
